1. General Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
Service Not Delivered: If we fail to initiate the agreed-upon service due to unforeseen issues on our end.
Billing Errors: If an incorrect charge was applied due to a technical or administrative error.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services do not qualify for refunds under any circumstances:
- SEO Services (Subscription-Based) – Due to upfront investments in third-party tools and resources, all SEO subscription fees are non-refundable. However, clients may terminate their subscription at any time (see Termination Policy).
- Content Writing Services – Once content is delivered, payments are final. Clients may request 2 free revisions (additional revisions are paid).
- Completed work (e.g., ads, campaigns, written content).
- Services already in progress (once work has begun).
- Third-party costs (e.g., ad spend, software licenses, tools).
2. Special Policies
A. SEO Subscription Termination

Clients may cancel their SEO subscription at any time with written notice.

No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle, but services will stop at the end of the paid period.

B. Content Writing Revisions

Clients receive 2 free revisions per piece of content (must align with original scope).

Additional revisions will cost you extra fee depending on your signed contract.

3. How to Request a Refund or Termination
