3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery.

• Grant necessary access to digital assets (e.g., website, ad accounts, Google search console, Google analytics) for service execution.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Pay invoices on time as per the agreed payment terms.

4. Payments & Refunds

• Fees for services will be outlined in the proposal/contract.

• Payment is due as per the agreed schedule (e.g., upfront, monthly).

• Late payments may incur penalties or service suspension.

• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy, available upon request.

5. Intellectual Property

• All materials (reports, strategies, content) created by Rank Era LLC remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

• Clients retain ownership of their brand assets but grant us a license to use them for service delivery.

6. Confidentiality

We respect client privacy and will not disclose confidential information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., #1 ranking on Google).

• We are not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost revenue) arising from service delivery.

• Clients use our services at their own risk.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:

• Outstanding payments become due immediately.

• Access to proprietary tools/reports may be revoked.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by UAE law. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or in Dubai courts.

10. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of changes.
